Compressed gaskets manufactured from fibers such as aramid, or graphite and are combined with fillers and elastomeric binders. With a wide variety of fibers and elastomers available compressed gaskets covers a broad range of services.


Compressed Fiber Gasketing gives you :
  • Excellent compressibility up to 30% in the premium sheets
  • Low torque requirement of this material allows easy sealing of cast iron or other soft metal flanges


 

 

Synthetic + EPDM

This gasket is produced form special blends of synthetic fibers, fillers bonded with chemically resistant elastomeric binder ( EPDM ) .

Application : Water, saturated steam, Mild acids, hydrocarbon, oils, gasoline, mild alkalis etc

Dimensions : ANSI & others.

Pressure : Up to max. 83 bar

Temperature : -40°C up to 370 °C (Tc= 205)

 

Gasket thickness : 1.5,3.0 mm

Phoenix identification : PS 3700 Flat gasket.

Style : 01 / 02


 

 

Special Inorganic + NBR

A specially formulated all purpose gaskets made from Inorganic fiber with elastomeric binder. This gasketing exceeds the parameter of aramid fiber reinforced gasketing in thermal stability, Bolt load retention, Sealability and in weight loss.

Application : Steam,Oils,fuels,Solvents,Caustics,Refrigerants, Dilute acids , gasoline, mild alkalis etc

Dimensions : ANSI & others.

 

Pressure : Up to max. 85 bar

Temperature : -40°C up to 425 °C ( Tc= 290 ).

Gasket thickness : 1.5, 3 mm

Phoenix identification : PS 5500 Flat gasket

Carbon + NBR

This gasket is produced form special blends of carbon / graphite bonded with chemically resistant elastomeric binder ( NBR ) High pressure / Temperature.

Application : Hot water, Saturated steam, superheated steam, hydrocarbon, oils, mild acids and alkalis, Inert gases etc

Dimensions : ANSI & others.

 

Pressure : Up to max. 138 bar

Temperature : -40°C up to 480 °C ( Tc= 340 )

Gasket thickness : 1.5, 3 mm
