Engineered Gaskets >> Graphite Gaskets ( Homogenous / Reinforced Laminate )

Flexible graphite gasketing is a Homogenous sheet material comprised of Industrial grade, exfoliated graphite. There are no binders or fillers contained within the flexible graphite. Flexible graphite gaskets are broadly used for elevated Temperature and Moderate to extreme chemical services. It is the obvious choice for such internal combustion applications as:

  • Gasoline/diesel engine head gaskets
  • Exhaust manifold gaskets
  • Exhaust ring seals
  • Turbo charger gaskets
  • Intake manifold and crossover gaskets
  • Gas turbine seals and gaskets
  • Heat shields
  • Noise and vibration harshness (NVH)

Reinforced Laminates :

The flexible graphite is commonly secured to a variety of different metallic or plastic inserts to improve the ruggedness of the finished gasket sheet.( reinforced laminate). we process and deals mainly in premium quality of reinforced graphite materials as under.. Other Type and style is also available.
