Panacea ® 6962 EPDM
:
This is a specially compounded EPDM elastomer
with a peroxide curing. It is suitable for
use as gaskets in chemicals produced and or
utilized in the chlorine, caustic and Bleach
industries. It is black in color and shore
Hardness of around 60.
Application
: 6962 is a suitable gasket
material for parts requiring a wide resistance
to chemicals utilized and produced in the
Chlorine, Caustic, and Bleach chemical Industries.
Typical services are : Hot wet chlorine
Gas,Caustic Soda 33 % to 50% conc, HCl Acid
(37% conc.), Hot wet Hydrogen gas,Hypochlorous

EPDM - B3769 ®
(Reinforced type)
B3769 ® is special compound elastomer of
EPDM compounded with a high content of polymer
exceeding 48 + %, and is formulated without
the additives that are known to cause Blistering
of the membrane by formation of insoluble salts.
These compounding is also peroxide cure and
provides resistance to temperatures through
130 + deg.C on a wide range of chemicals and
maintains its resistance to compression set
better than any " commercial " grades
of EPDM .
Application
: This
is used as Pipe and equipments flange gasket
in general services of above industry.

Expanded PTFE joint sealant is a low density,
highly compressible, 100% PTFE form-in-place,
cord form gasket material. Supplied
as an adhesive-backed cord, gaskets are fabricated
